1. About Us

My Maintenance is a registered MSME providing plumbing and home maintenance services in Kolkata and surrounding areas.

2. Services

We provide scheduled preventive maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Service scope, frequency, and inclusions depend on your selected plan: Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annual. All plans include two services per month.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

- Services are scheduled twice a month as per your plan.

- You will receive appointment confirmations via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

- If our technician cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit will be marked complete. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Plans & Payments

- Quarterly Plan: 6 services over 3 months

- Half-Yearly Plan: 12 services over 6 months

- Annual Plan: 24 services over 12 months

- Payment for plans must be made in full before the first service unless a payment schedule is agreed in writing.

- Prices are inclusive of service charges. Spare parts and materials are billed separately at actuals.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

- You may cancel your plan within 3 days of booking if no service has been delivered. A full refund will be issued.

- After services begin, refunds are not provided for unused visits.

- We may reschedule a service due to weather, safety issues, or technician unavailability. You will be notified in advance.

6. Customer Responsibilities

- Provide safe and clear access to the service area.

- Ensure pets are secured and valuable items are stored away.

- Inform us of any known hazards, leaks, or electrical issues before service begins.

7. Liability

- We carry out all work with professional care using trained technicians.

- We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage due to old or faulty fittings, or issues arising after 48 hours of service completion unless reported within that time.

- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service visit.

8. Warranty

Service work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty. This does not cover spare parts, which carry the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable.

9. Conduct

Our technicians follow a strict code of conduct. We request customers also maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of abuse or unsafe conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in law or our services. The latest version will always be posted on our website with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
